Hotel Ncb - Osaka

Located within close proximity to the convention center in the city, this hotel offers an excellent stay. Although it is not located near the train station, the hotel has many facilities such as a small refrigerator and an electric kettle available in the rooms. the hotel offers great views of the river and the rooms are spacious and clean. the staff is very welcoming and the hotel offers an in-house convenience store with fresh food options and drinks.

The housekeeping staff may disturb guests early in the morning by knocking on their door.

Metro is 10 minutes walk. Private parking was provided to the guests. We could park our car on-site. The hotel suited our needs

This hotel is a perfect place to stay during your vacation. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished with a small fridge and electric kettle. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay, which made us feel welcome. the location of the hotel is ideal with easy access to various tourist destinations. One of the best parts of this hotel was the in-house washing and drying services. It was a great convenience for us as we did not pack a lot of clothes for our holiday.

There were a few negatives to our stay. The staff members hardly spoke English, making communication a bit difficult for us.

During our new year celebration, we stayed at a hotel with excellent facilities. the hotel benefits from a great location with a breathtaking view of the river. We enjoyed stopping by 7-Eleven, which was located on the ground floor, for a quick bite to eat and refreshing drinks.

the language barrier proved to be a significant problem as the staff's English was not sufficient.
